本发明电凝器具备同步吸烟功能，吸引管与电凝器为一体，吸口连接电凝钩，在启动电凝时同步启动吸引功能，将电凝产生的烟雾吸引到闭式吸引系统中，当关闭电凝时也同步关闭吸引功能。由于烟雾是在电凝组织过程中产生的，使用该器械可以在烟雾产生的瞬间立即将其吸除，避免烟雾弥散到整个腹腔而影响视野，由于排气量很少，不会造成气腹压力迅速下降而影响手术。本发明专利在烟雾产生少，不影响手术的情况下，可以用独立气阀将排烟功能关闭，防止不必要的气腹损失。烟雾通过封闭式吸引系统排出，避免造成对医务人员的伤害。该电凝器不需要专门的气腹和腹腔镜设备，可以和目前国内广泛使用的各种腹腔镜设备和手术室条件兼容。
This electrocoagulating apparatus has synchronized smoke-absorbing function. The absorbing tube and theelectrocoagulating apparatus have been designed into one unit with the absorbing mouth connected with the electrocoagulating hook. When electrocoagulation is on performance, the apparatus starts to absorb smoke produced by electrocoagulation into a close system synchronically. And the smoke-absorbing function will stop when electrocoagulation is shut down. As smoke is produced during the process of tissue electrocoagulation, this apparatus can clear the smoke the moment it is produced and avoid blurry view caused by dispersed smoke in the abdomen. And its small quantity exhaust won't cause sharp decline of pneumoperitoneum pressure, thus will not influence the operation. Under circumstances that smoke is too thin to influence the operation, the smoke-absorbing function can be shut down by an independent gas valve to avoid unnecessary pneumoperitoneum loss. Collected smoke is vented through a close absorbing system. So it will not do harm to medical personnel. And this electrocoagulating apparatus requires no special pneumoperitoneum apparatus and celioscope.
